INGREDIENTS
• Milk (soy, 400 ml.)
• turmeric (1 teaspoon)
• agave syrup (or honey, al taste)
• nutmeg (to taste)

PREPARATION
- Take a saucepan, pour the milk into it and put it over medium heat until it starts to smoke. Keep an eye on it and don’t let it come to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add the turmeric, the amount you want of agave syrup depending on how sweet you want your turmeric latte, a little grated nutmeg and a little ground cinnamon and beat everything very well. Make sure there are no clumps left and everything is perfectly mixed. If you use a rod instead of a spoon, the texture will become more creamy.
